Finding your phone's unique IMEI/MEID Number is easy! Just dial *#06# on your keypad, and the IMEI/MEID Number should appear. You can also follow the instructions below to find it manually.
Find my iPhones IMEI/MEID/ESN number
There are 3 different ways to find your IMEI/MEID Number on your iPhone.
Option 1:
- Dial *#06# and the IMEI /MEID/ESN will show on the screen.

How to Check IMEI/MEID and ESN's. IMEI stands for International Mobile Equipment Identity, which is a unique number given to every single mobile phone. An ESN is the electronic serial number assigned to your iPhone. A MEID, is a mobile equipment identifier, meaning a unique number identifying a physical piece of CDMA2000 mobile station equipment. Enter your Identifier Number (IMEI) and it will convert to every format of device unique codes such as MEID and ESN. This calculator uses also pseudo ESNs (pESN), ESNs, and MEID numbers in both decimal and hexadecimal forms. You may use this tool in order to convert between IMEI, MEID and ESN, and to view both decimal and hexadecimal formats.
- Go to Settings
- Tap General
- Click About
- Scroll down and locate the IMEI/MEID Number
Option 3:
- Insert a paper clip or a SIM-eject tool into the hole beside the tray
- Eject the tray
- Then view the IMEI number on the tray
Find my Android's IMEI/MEID/ESN number
There are different ways to find the IMEI/MEID Number on your Android Phone.
Option 1:
- Go to Settings
- Tap About Phone
- Click Status
- Scroll down and locate the IMEI/MEID/ESN number.
Option 2:
- Dial *#06# to have your IMEI/MEID Number show up on your screen.

- Remove the back cover and the battery to view the IMEI/MEID Number.

- Connect your device to your computer.
- On a Mac with macOS Catalina 10.15 or later, open the Finder. On a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier, or on a PC, open iTunes.
- Locate your device. In Finder, make sure you're under the General tab. In iTunes click the Summary tab to see its information.
- For an iPhone, click Phone Number under your device name or the device model to find the IMEI/MEID and ICCID. For an iPad (cellular model), click Serial Number to find the CDN, IMEI/MEID, and ICCID.
